Trifecta Leadership

 Trifecta  Leaders use a decision making process that is not solely focused on the  financial "bottom line", but rather focused on the "triple bottom line"  and evaluate their successes by the resulting impact to profits,  society, and the environment.   

The  World is rapidly changing and the "business as usual" model  often  characterized as "take, make, & waste" is with increasing speed  becoming outdated and strategically uncompetitive.  The old strategy of  take, make, and waste cannot go on indefinitely and thus a paradigm  shift is imperative.
